These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 35jili ("35jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 35jili online casino and sports betting platform available at 35jili.app. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 35jili reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any funds held will be subject to review.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 35jili platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 35jili makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 35jili platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. 35jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 Verification. 35jili may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license) and proof of address.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35jili username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 35jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 35jili's customer support team immediately via live chat. 35jili will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending resolution.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. Bets placed and transactions completed while you are logged in are considered to have been made by you.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your 35jili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 35jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform's cashier section.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the platform's cashier section. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. 35jili reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 35jili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
5.1 General. 35jili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. 35jili reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where it determines that a player has attempted to claim multiple bonuses in violation of this rule.
5.4 Abuse of Promotions. 35jili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
5.5 Changes to Promotions. 35jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.
6.1 Game Availability. 35jili offers a library of games powered by JILI Games and other certified providers. Game availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. 35jili does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.
6.2 Random Number Generators. All slot games and electronic table games on the 35jili platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG certification ensures that all outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results or external factors.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, 35jili reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. 35jili's decision in such matters is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. 35jili is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection due to the player's internet connection or device.
6.5 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 35jili reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the 35jili platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of 35jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. 35jili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, or mirror any portion of the 35jili platform. You may not use 35jili's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
9.1 Platform Provided "As Is." The 35jili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2 No Guarantee of Winnings. 35jili does not guarantee that you will win any amount by using the platform. All gambling involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your account.
9.3 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 35jili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 35jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. In no event shall 35jili be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
9.5 Force Majeure. 35jili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
10.1 Commitment. 35jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
10.2 Age Restriction. 35jili strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with Philippine law. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.

11.1 By 35jili. 35jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to you subject to verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements, at 35jili's discretion.
11.3 By You. You may close your 35jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Closing your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 35jili, you agree to first contact 35jili's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.
12.3 Regulatory Oversight. 35jili operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 35jili may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
13.1 Right to Amend. 35jili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 35jili will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 35jili platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
